Saint Paul’s Bay is a town in the Northern Region of Malta with a population of 21,046 people in an area of 14.5km². This population goes up to approximately 60,000 during the Summer months with the many Maltese staying in their Summer residences and tourists in hotels. The towns and villages of Qawra, Bugibba, Burmarrad, Xemxija, Mselliet, and San Martin as well as parts of Mistra and Bidnija form part of St Paul’s Bay Local Council.

The Promenade
According to the Bible, St Paul shipwrecked on an island in the Mediterranean which many scholars believe was Malta on his voyage from Caesarea to Rome. It was St Paul who introduced Christianity to the Island.

St Paul’s Island
The area of St Paul’s Bay is now made up of over one hundred nationalities because of its nice location by the sea and property is still affordable. In the busy Summer months there is an influx of foreigners who come to Malta for work in the hotels, bars and restaurants.

Parish Church
There is no shortage of entertainment in the area; you can find restaurants of all cuisines, karaoke bars, a cinema, an Elvis impersonator and a casino.
